EVO TOP
COMPACT AIR HANDLING UNIT WITH ROTOR TYPE HEAT RECOVERY
Office buildings, shopping malls, etc. with high human density. Ventilation needs in applications are higher than in other buildings. Due to the high air-conditioning cost of fresh air, air handling units with high energy efficiency, high heat and moisture recovery, low electricity consumption and sound values, and high automation capability are used in these systems.
Today, increasing construction costs have increased the unit area costs of the buildings and the small footprint of the building systems has become the priority of the investor. With the EVO-TOP devices it has developed, AERA can reduce the volumes reserved for air conditioning by 40% and significantly increase the amount of commercial volume in the building.
With the duct connections made from above, EVO TOP devices easily provide fresh air and exhaust air exchange with a shaft inside the building. With the integrated heating battery option inside the device, heating can be done without the need for an additional module. Advanced control options are provided as standard with SENSO+ integrated into the device. The rotor used is covered with a special coating material that only allows the transfer of steam, and it reduces the latent heat load of the fresh air by 84% by providing a moisture transfer efficiency of 84%, as well as a heat transfer efficiency of 84%. Due to the structure of the rotor used, condensation does not occur in the devices, so there is no need for drainage.
