AZURE WHEEL
ROTOR CEILING TYPE ENERGY RECOVERY DEVICE
With the plate heat exchangers used in ceiling type heat recovery devices, moisture transfer is not possible. In comfort applications, the indoor air comfort is deteriorated and the load of the indoor air conditioning devices increases as a result of the fresh air taken from the outside in the winter months, and blown in at very low absolute humidity in the summer.
AZURE WHEEL devices allow high heat and humidity transfer with their Sorption rotor. The devices are designed in a very compact structure to adapt to suspended ceiling applications and they allow heat and humidity transfer up to 84% with two rotors working in parallel. There is a stepper driver that continuously controls the rotor speed on the devices and is driven by a high-strength belt. High efficiency EC Plug fans are used to ensure low energy consumption of the devices, and the devices are equipped with advanced technology components and smart control systems.
With advanced feature web interface automation, constant air flow (CAV), constant pressure (VAV), heating/cooling capacity control, extended warning options, by-pass ventilation, weekly, monthly, yearly schedule, filter pollution monitoring, CO2 or humidity sensor option Many control options such as ventilation as needed, connection to building automation are offered with the device.
